Bright & Beautiful are proud to announce that Henley-in-Arden franchisee; Delpreet Shergill, has won Franchisee of The Year at the annual Neighbourly® 2024 ‘Reaching New Heights’ reunion. The annual event hosted by Neighbourly® UK, brought together over 550 franchise business owners, across six Neighbourly® brands, to network, enjoy inspirational talks from high profile guests and to celebrate achievements of its franchisees. Awards were given to various franchise business owners as recognition for their hard work over the past year.

7 years ago, after having her first child, Delpreet decided the corporate world wasn’t for her and she wanted to be present for her new family and enjoy the special moments without having to compromise a career.
‘Bright & Beautiful really stood out to me. Having worked in the recruitment sector, the ethical employment Bright & Beautiful promoted really resonated with me. I knew Bright & Beautiful was something I wanted to be a part of. It was premium, ethical and would give me a good work-life balance. All the things I was looking for.’ Said Delpreet.
Delpreet has spent the last 7 years developing her business and has continued to grow year on year. Bright & Beautiful work differently to most cleaners in the industry by directly employing professionally trained staff, who not only have the attitude to offer a fantastic level of service, but the teams are also regularly rewarded to their hard work.
When asked about how she felt after being awarded Franchisee of The Year, Delpreet told us that it was a moment she will never forget! She went on to explained that her team are still ‘beaming with pride and are determined to make 2024 just as big a success as 2023.’ ‘I really believe the mindset we chose to have in that moment, and through the difficult times we faced throughout the year, is what has helped to reach our goal.’
