Plans to Double in Size for Wolverhampton Franchisee!
It looked so different. They seemed to understand customers’ needs and anxieties, particularly around quality and security. I was drawn to the lifestyle brand, bright colours and fantastic marketing.

Bright & Beautiful Wolverhampton
Charmaine Nicholson was looking to apply her skills acquired from a successful career in retail to an established business. “I loved the idea of bringing together skills from my previous jobs to run my own business and felt that a franchise would offer me the support and structure I needed personally to start a business.”
After extensive research and calling on personal experience Charmaine decided that a cleaning franchise provided the benefits she was looking for. “Having a reliable, trustworthy and quality conscious company to clean my own home was something that I felt would enhance my own life! I researched the market and found that this was in fact a healthy, growing industry and that lots of people like me, struggle to find quality and people they can trust.”
Upon finding Bright & Beautiful the decision in which franchise to invest in was made much easier for Charmaine: “It looked so different. They seemed to understand customers’ needs and anxieties, particularly around quality and security. I was drawn to the lifestyle brand, bright colours and fantastic marketing. I met lots of franchisees and team members who seemed to enjoy their work. It is all very professional, from an employee and client perspective.”
Since investing Charmaine has not looked back, growing her team and in turn, her business. “Having recruited a team of 7 fantastic individuals, we now have 2 teams out and about and are just recruiting for our third. I am very proud of them all and importantly for me, being able to create local jobs. I love it when we receive fantastic feedback from clients and it’s great to share with the team. It makes it all so worthwhile.”
Despite only being 1 year into her franchise tenure, Charmaine has plans for continued growth over the next three years. “We want to double in size next year and then in year 3, we will be looking to set up our Bridgnorth hub, which will be like starting a new business all over again. I have some key team members who we hope to promote into senior team leader roles and customer service positions. I believe that promoting from within our company is hugely important, because I think you have to understand the culture of our brand. I am lucky to have found some great ladies, who work well together and all bring individual strengths; it’s a real team effort.”
